This page describes the information Shorts Studio stores to run workspaces and the service. It is a draft for operator review.

What is stored

We store account details such as your name and sign-in information; workspace content such as projects, scripts, settings, and uploaded media records; billing records such as plan and invoice history; usage counts used to apply workspace limits; and abuse reports with any optional content link. Abuse reports are available to the service operator for review.

How long it is kept

Information is kept while an account or workspace is active and for as long afterward as needed to operate the service, protect it, resolve disputes, and meet legal or financial record requirements. Backup copies age out through the operator's backup rotation.

Deletion and use

A workspace owner can review and delete a workspace through the workspace deletion flow. This flow deletes a workspace; it does not delete an account. Shorts Studio does not currently publish a separate account deletion route. Some billing or security records may need to be retained when the law requires it. Workspace content is not sold and is not used to train models.
